How Shiftpack Moving & Logistics collects, uses and protects your information — in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

  • Booking details: name, phone, WhatsApp number, email, pickup and drop-off addresses, move date and inventory notes — used to quote and carry out your move.
  • Partner applications: name, contact details and uploaded documents (logbook, licences, certificates, ID) — used only to verify drivers and vehicles.
  • Newsletter: email address and your chosen segment, with consent.
  • Contact messages: whatever you write us, plus a reply channel.

How we use it

Only for the reason you gave it: quoting and running your move, reviewing your application, or sending the newsletter you asked for. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Your documents

Uploaded partner documents are stored outside the public website — they are never served over the internet or shown to other users. Access is limited to the partnerships team reviewing your application.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Newsletter emails carry a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can opt out any time without giving a reason.
