How it works

Five steps from "I need to move" to boxes in the new place. The price is agreed in writing before anything is lifted.

  1. Tell us the move

Run the price estimator or go straight to the booking form. We need: home or office size, pickup and drop-off addresses, floor number, lift access, parking, and your move date.

Tick anything fragile, electronic or heavy — it changes the crew and the quote, and we'd rather know now.

  2. Get a written price

You get back a fixed quote: base fare + Ksh 100 per km outside Nairobi, plus any extras you chose. The quote carries a booking reference — keep it; it follows the whole job.

  3. Confirm with a deposit

Accept the quote and pay the deposit by M-Pesa against your reference. Once it lands, your date, truck and crew are locked in. The deposit amount and refund terms are stated on every written quote.

  4. We move you

The crew arrives in the agreed window, protects furniture with blankets and straps, loads, transports and offloads. You point, we place — beds reassembled in the right room, boxes stacked where they belong.

  5. Rate the move

After the move we ask how it went. Ratings feed straight back to crew allocation — the movers who get 5 stars get the next jobs.

What we ask you on the form — and why

  • Floor & lift access — stairs change the crew size and the time, so they change the price.
  • Parking — a truck that can't park close takes twice as long to load.
  • Inventory notes — pianos, safes and server racks need planning, not improvisation.
  • Move date & time — month-end weekends fill first; book early.
