Every move is a base fare plus a distance charge of Ksh 100 per km outside Nairobi. A bedsitter within Nairobi is Ksh 8,000 flat; a bedsitter to Nakuru (160 km) is Ksh 8,000 plus Ksh 16,000. Nairobi-to-Nairobi moves carry no distance charge. The final figure is confirmed after we check your inventory and access.

The vehicle, fuel, driver and a standard mover crew, plus loading, transport and offloading. Packing materials, extra crew, furniture disassembly, IT setup, parking fees and waiting time are extras unless stated on your written quote.

Use the estimator to get your price, then send the booking form with your addresses, floors, lift access and move date. We reply with a written quote and reference number, and the move is confirmed once the deposit is paid.

Payment is by M-Pesa. After your booking is reviewed we send the paybill or till number and the deposit amount, with your booking reference, to your phone.

We are based in Nairobi and run long-distance moves to Kiambu, Nakuru, Kisumu, Mombasa and other towns. Any route in Kenya is quotable at Ksh 100 per km on top of the base fare.

As a guide: bedsitter — pickup or 1-tonne; 1 bedroom — 1–2 tonne; 2 bedroom — 3-tonne; 3 bedroom — 3–5 tonne; 4 bedroom — 5-tonne; 5 bedroom — 7–10 tonne. We confirm the truck against your inventory list.

Goods-in-transit cover is available on request — ask for it on the quote form and the cover is stated on your written quote.

Tell us on the booking form — floor number, lift access and parking at both ends. Stairs and difficult access can change the crew size and the final price, and we would rather price them in up front than surprise you on the day.

Yes — Saturday moves are standard, and evening slots suit office relocations that need to avoid downtime. Book early for month-end weekends; they fill first.
